Here are some tips for you to start working out:
1) Write down your goals (Be specific with a date line)
2) Put your alarm clock across your bedroom so that you have to get up to switch it off in the morning (or night).
3) Place your athletic shoes right next to your alarm clock. (That might dirty your carpet and get some scolding... but who cares)
4) Document your progress: weight, body fat, and blood pressure. ( I bet you will just be looking into the mirror..but is alright)
5) Enter a competition amongst your friends
6) Post your favorite fat picture on your refrigerator
7) Type "Get off your Fat Butt" on your screen saver.
8) Devise a desirable reward
9) Moderate your strict eating with a fat meal once a week
10) Surround yourself with people and things that promote a healthy lifestyle
Now you have some tips, get out of your seats and do some workout. Some running or crunches... it doesnt matter. Just move it!
